over 20 years of being at Blue Cross Blue Shield one of the things that changed was we used to shut down our systems maybe we shut it down on the weekend at one time we had about 60 or 70 different tools things would go bump in the night maybe somebody knew what happened and they would fix that based on their tool set you never want your customer be the individual it finds out that things are down we would rather know first so you need to know availability of servers which is security devices with all your mobile apps and all your internet and all those external facing things now those things has caused estimate of 24 by 7 by 365 days now you see that it has to be available all the time so it was important to us to pull some of that stuff away from all the siloed environments to pull it into one individual team and we have a spectrum we also have eHealth we also have NICU OS and ppm so with all those we’re trying to pull in the infrastructure to a single pane of glass now you’re networking guys aren’t tool admins for networking tunnels so now they can go back to doing their job and knock troubleshoot you you
