Happy Halloween, Tea Time Friends! I am so excited, I can’t wait to go trick or treating! Me and Mr. George already got our costumes on I’m a bumble bee. Bzzzz But before we go trick or treating, me and Mr. George have some really important safety tips for everybody. These will keep you really safe while you’re out in the neighborhood at night time Our first halloween safety tip is: Always stay together. Remember when you’re going out at night trick or treating you want to stay in a group with your friends or your family And remember to stay together when you’re crossing the road If you’re in a really big group, you can take turns ringing the door bell that way everybody gets a chance And remember, you never need to go into anyones home that you don’t know. They can always bring the candy to the front door I’m going trick or treating with my sisters and Mr. George. We have so much fun together! Our second Halloween safety tip is: Be Visable This means to make sure you can be seen when you’re out at night trick or treating. A lot of Halloween costumes tend to be black or other dark colors like mine! So you should bring a flashlight! That way everyone will know where you are. Be creative and have fun picking out your costume I bought a yellow flashlight because it matches my bumble bee outfit. Our last Halloween safety tip is: Check Your Treats when you get home from trick or treating and you dump out all of your candy Have your parents help sort through any of the pieces that might be bad You don’t want to eat any candy that’s already been opened And remember, don’t eat it all in one night. You might get a tummy ache. Well those are our big Halloween safety tips Stay Together Be Visable and Check Your Treats Have so much fun with your friends and family! Happy Halloween! *ruff ruff*
