Combining a solution that’s automated
and thereby takes away the requirement for hand disassembly combining that with
the efficient removal of the hazardous mercury both in vapour form and
backlighting is the optimal solution the FPD Pro does that. From a compliance
perspective the recycler has to be able to show that all of the hazardous
components have been extracted and again the monitoring and controls that are in
the FPD Pro enable that and allow not only the capture of physical black
lights but also through the filtration system the vapors and the data
pertaining to the volume of flat screens that have passed through the machine and
the weight of those flat screens
